I always wondered how did he manage to explode the second guy, his .45 Colt was definitely not powerful enough to cut a guy into pieces. The AK shooting be damned, he probably wanted to scare off anyone in the vicinity to have more time for the frame-up.

Cops do it all the time. You ever notice that patrolmen have to wear a bodycam, but they're allowed to cover it, mute it, or just not even turn it on, but drug and gang task force guys don't even have to wear them, and neither do detectives?
