The other fucked up detail is that preliminary reports indicated that she had drugs in her system but later they went no she wasn't impaired, or words to that effect (something else to raise an eyebrow, and more grist, or if you like jerky, for the conspiracist to chew on). I wonder to what degree that detail (if she really had drugs in her system) would have affected the viability of organ donation, although OTOH the whole nature of that game is that the recipients are desparate and just have to make do with whatever they can get.
