I don't really mind the Emperor returning per se, it's just the overall trilogy is a disjointed mess and TROS in particular feels desperate and tacked together. Most of it doesn't even look good.

It's just so surreal to me that so many utterly retarded decisions like this are made every day. Billions of dollars and thousands of jobs thrown away in a million different instances because they're all run by people with worse taste and decision making skills than I had when I was 12.
