I hate how when I mention Dawn of the Dead people always think I'm talking about this movie and not the one that is actually kino. I don't have the same problem with TCM and I actually enjoyed both of those films for different reasons.

Zero character development, zero emotion, it's never suspenseful, it's never scary in the slightest, it's mostly retarded (zombie baby, people only turning when bitten, etc). It barely even uses the mall setting at all. They just go inside, the place is fucking empty with no zombies around and then there's no exploration or any fun in the stores except for a lame quick montage. Zack Snyder is a fucking tool who hasn't the faintest idea what made the original work.

I liked the scene with the old black televangelist (The actor was also in the original). This was pretty much the explanation as to why it was all happening. No more room in hell and all that. This was controversial at the time and pic related scene is often cut due to being politically incorrect in today's culture where abortion and homosexuality is widely accepted.
