Hello /tv/... I've been considering sharing my grandfather's personal scrapbook featuring the stars from the 40's - to who knows? It's basically a scrapbook of cutouts and pages of newspaper/magazine pics since the dawn of time. I'm tempted to share it here as I think some of you lads would appreciate it but I simultaneously feel that half of this shithole won't appreciate it or simply be an automated/bot reply. Should I go ahead and do the effort to photograph and share the scrapbook with you? It's mostly old photos, the book/diary is about 3x the size of a traditional phonebook - yes, it's that big, full of photographs from the stars of said period - (Judy Garland, Bogart, all the names), pre John Lennon faggotry. They're all taken from magazines of the era and it's a literal scrap-book. I'm not sure what I should do with it either. On the one hand, I figured I would photograph every page and feature it here, or try and sell it somewhere. For now, I'm just hanging onto it because I loved my grandpa but yeah, that was definitely a surprise to find out that he was keeping a secret diary/blog bigger than a bible's worth of info and cutouts of old timey actors and actresses. What should I do anons? On the one hand, I feel like I should treasure this diary... on the other hand, I should scan every page and share... Or I should whore it out and sell it off to auction but that seems cheap and seedy despite me realising that this document is probs worth a lot of life changing money.
