My father was still listed as the head of a government department mire than ten years after he retired, and five years after he died. Phone books used to get redone every years, and people would potentially change addresses between the new and old phone books being issued, and phone numbers were not sometimes transferred from one address to another, although sometimes they could be, so wrong addresses or names might be listed for phone numbers or addresses, and this presumed the person did not have an unlisted phone number, which only required paying a small yearly fee. Also, the fact that the terminator does not have a middle name for the Sarah Connor, sort of indicated the information he has is incomplete.
