He will never be arrested for destroying that evidence (sex doll and 4 mobile phones with videos of sexual assault and women undressing) since Korean law allows a family member to do so. Even a former head of National Security was involved in separating the rape from the murder to benefit the perpetrator (he has been arrested and charged in this fuckery). The prior rape of another woman squashed. And the attempted murder of a 17 yo male that tried to help the girl. Because murder alone means a much lighter sentence. Rape and murder can bring a death sentence. I have often watched with incredulity kdrama depictions of unchecked power of the prosecution and police. I am wrong. This shit happens every day.
