>>222980453suppose it depends where in the USA you are as it's a fuck huge country but a few of these i've never encountered in NY after almost 40 years-the shoes things is down to the family and how they keep their house and it's not just a rural vs suburbs thing because i've seen a mix all over, some people simply don't care and allow shoes or their house is in a rural farm area where the floors are just subject to so much dirt anyway. some urban and suburban people also don't care but others are super anal about it so it really does vary-never been to a house where all the lights are left on at night, typically it's dark or there's like a central hallway light or table lamp between the bedrooms and bathroom or just in a central area of the house but not the whole house lit up, never seen that-kitchen tvs are rare but i know families who do leave their tv on a lot during the day, often ones with younger kids, below 10ish or much older people who just have the news running 24/7 - my grandma was like that but it was jeopardy and wheel of fortune 99% of the time-never had a friend whose family didn't eat veggies on the regular, i'm sure those people exist due to our countrywide weight issue but idk them or socialize with such-dunno what you mean about all soda being coke, lots of people are pretty specific though when ordering at a diner or if you ask for a soda at a friend's house you can say coke and be brought a pepsi and it's 99% acceptable since many places only carry one or the other but someone wouldn't use coke for say a sprite or 7up-the sidewalk thing is very real in both rural and suburban areas, our zoning and planning is shit but also stems from a lot of redesigns over the years, look at long island NY and it's low bridges designed around not letting buses take city people to the nice beaches to keep the riff-raff out
