Why didn’t they just tug a giant raft behind, so they could all get on it if the ship sunk?

go to bed op
>>
>>223092777

they could have just jumped on the iceberg.
>>
why didn't they just use the eagles to fly back to mainland
>>
why didn't they just have life boats for everyone and train the crew to deploy them efficiently
>>
>>223092777
Why not go around the iceberg instead of ramming into it at full speed? Insurance scam of course.

God made oceans for a reason. Humans should stay on land.

I think I've found a major flaw in this film. Leo's character proclaims that he is king of the world, yet nobody else acknowledges this, and they even let him drown in the end.
>>
>>223092777
How would you prepare for the inevitable crash?
>>
>>223093576
I remember people recreating this scene. It makes me sick that I was alive during that time frame. It makes me sick that people thought that was a memorable scene worth mimicking. I want to go back in time and kill those people.

Inflatable lifeboat? Duh, it's not complicated.
Bring an ipad too so you can watch kino while you wait to be rescued
>>
>>223093328
There's a scene that explains why there weren't enough boats: The designer guy was overruled because people in charge thought it would make the deck too cluttered. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftMvabKDuiA

If I were on this as it was sinking I would steal as much hard liquor as I could and drink myself into oblivion so my death is full of less suffering.
>>
>>223093371
Well in the movie anyway they tried to turn but the ship was too slow for it to make it in time.

Bring a knife from the dinner table/kitchen. That way, you can cut the ropes to grab a lifeboat and threaten anyone on deck, or threaten to puncture the lifeboat if they add any more people. The second it hits, get on deck and get your boat and leave, alone. If I'm being honest, I'd still probably die though because I'm a weak swimmer despite being a 6'5" lanklet, I might be drunk and asleep when it happens, and it's freezing waters and dark. Jumping all the way into the ocean and making it onboard a lifeboat would not be easy, since this plan doesn't allow for slowly lowering myself in. There is a 50% chance the boat lands upside-down (and a few more percent chance it breaks a bit) when it goes overboard, so I'm almost certainly dead. But at least it's a chance, and nobody else got to use my boat. Plus I got a free knife.

The lookouts were distracted by Kate and Leo making out on the deck.

I'd listen, because that's what nobody else did.

To the iceberg?

>steal a dress and makeup from one of the rooms
>put on the dress with heavy makeup
>calmly enter a lifeboat after the crash
>remove makeup and dress while on raft
>start raping the women

>get some rope

I'd just warn the captain there was an iceberg ahead. I'm not a schmuck

That would be silly when they already had a giant man pulling the ship itself.
>>
>>223092777
Why didn't they just slow down in the ice area?
>>
>>223095489
>the captain alerts his subordinates that you may be insane
>word gets around that you are a nutty paranoid maniac
>security guards seize you and place you in custody and lock you up in an isolated room so you can't bother anyone
>boat crashes into iceberg
>you are still locked up
>you die drowning in isolation

actually the US Airforce was in the midst of scrambling the jets to firebomb the fuck outta those iced ((bergs)), but once they heard there was Irish on board, they decided not to intervene and let natural forces sort everything out
>>
>>223092777
Why not have enough life boats?
>>
>>223094461
the only way you'd know how to apply makeup correctly is if you're already a troon, troon.
>>223095575
there is literally nothing wrong with being a Berg.
>>
>>223093909
>i've got a butter knife!
Did you miss the part where they shot someone trying to get on a lifeboat before the women and children.
>>
>>223095572
Let's just say there'll be a lot of blood
>>
>>223095608
The idea is that lifeboats would take the people to rescue and then come back to pick up the rest, it was the standard of the time more or less

So stab one of the ship's officers in the neck and put his hat and jacket on, in the confusion nobody will notice. Have you ever noticed (white) people stay out of the way of anyone who looks official, and just does what they say? Even if it's only a hardhat and a reflector vest? For fucks sake if you've ever been in a wheelchair, even if not disabled (like after surgery) you'd know nobody looks you in the eye and just lets you do whatever. Stab someone in a wheelchair if necessary I guess is the lesson here.
