Which one of these two do you think they left in charge of Jersey when Tony died?
>>
>>223152592
>he thinks tony died
back to redshit!
>>
>>223152592
I always thought the insinuation was that Walden, the guy who whacked Phil was being groomed to take over
>>
>>223152592
Tony was younger so he probably outlived them.
>>
>>223152592
Sil died no?
>>
>>223152673
He's in a unresponsive coma in the end however I don't think it's Canon that he died
>>
>>223152626
Interesting but how do you figure that
>>
Paulie probably made a deal with New York to give up Tony for money so he could just retire
>>

one is basically braindead.

the other was sil (another passer-outer).

NY knew it was time for a NJ boss who had some fucking mettle. they had heard how quickly he recovered from that heinous unprovoked attack philly cheesesteak laid down on him.
>>
>>223152700
That would make sense he's the guy who killed Phil
>>
No way Paulie would ever fly as boss. He doesn't have the intelligence, lateral thinking, temperament, patience, or even the likeability it would take to be the boss.

Sil couldn't even handle being acting boss.

Patsy is the one who inherited the throne btw.
>>
It's Paulie Walnuts with his ghost pal Silvio advising him and acting as his spectral consigliere.
>>
>>223152617
Christopher Columbus confirmed it chud
>>
Patsy, he takes control of NJ with the backing of NY (he either directly have up Tony or did backflips when approached) and on top of that his son is fucking the princess about to fold her into his family. Real Tywin shit
>>
Lilyhammer any good? Thinking about checking it out.
>>
the guy who killed Phil. Paulie went to new york
>>
>>223152592
I always figured it would be Patsy taking over.
>>
>>223152727
Criminal Mastermind Benny Fazio?!
>>
>>223152727
Do you think this guy kills Artie as soon as Tony is dead?
>>
>>223152592
Meadow.
Female empowerment makes a better story.
>>
The whole show hints at NJ being a glorified crew. They were absorbed into NY as soon as Ton died
>>
>>223152818
Patsy has 0 balls
>>
>>223152592
NY doesn't trust Paulie, they dont even know who he is.

The king of New York isn't gonna let Jersey stay independent.
>>
The NJ family was legitimately a fucking joke anyway
>>
>>223152710
Paulie already had enough to retire
>>
>>223153411
Even if that happened the jersey capo would still be very rich a powerful with a huge crew. The show mosty focused in Tony's inner circle but Tony had around 5 captains under him who all had crews of their own and the barese crew who was barely in the show was the biggest of them all.
>>
>>223153935
I don't know about very rich Tony was king of NJ and he lived next to a dentist
>>
>>223153645
Tony was still feared and respected among the top new york guys. Even Johnny sac said they bring in a lot of money. If they were the joke that you say they were they would have been rolled over or absorbed decades ago. Even being a pygmy family in was in new yorks best interest to treat them with a level of respect
>>
>>223152818
Most likely this. He probably even had a hand in clipping Tony, still wanting to punish him for the murder of his brother.
>>
Tony didn’t die he went into the dream world to wake up Silvio out of the coma like Inception
>>
>>223154033
Cuze was a family medicine physician. Tony lived in a very nice house in an upper class suburb appropriate for his public persona as a waste management consultant. His job at barone sanitation justified his house/cars/kids in private school. But even Carmela refered to his "bullshit tax return" because that was just a fraction of what Tony actually earned.
>>
>>223154139
I've never watched sopranon but why did he hang out with tony after that?
>>
>>223154269
They were a part of the same mob family, tony was his boss.
>>
>>223153447
Patsy was about two drinks less or two drinks more away from going suicide mission clipping Tony in his house in front of his family. Nothing about his character I can remember suggests he's a pussy - but even if you're right he was shown nearly murder suiciding Tony, the boss of NJ, for killing his twin brother. He's not pussying out
>>
>>223153239
the mob essentially dined at Vesuvius for free
>>
>>223152734
Beengo itd be patsy after Paulie passed.
>>
>>223152858
I don't know, I never saw it
>>
>>223152858
It's a funny "fish out of water" series. It was canceled though so it doesn't wrap things up.

You dont retire in the mob. The only ways out are death, snitching and going into hiding, or faking your death and going into hiding. I would also choose the later option. Car exploding and having the news report Im dead.
>>
>>223156728
There's were lots of guys who were basically retired like uncle pat, the old guys in juniors crew, bacala sr and george. Even junior really.
>>
>>223152592
Nobody. Whoever was left got absorbed into the five NY families and the “boss” of Jersey became a mostly ceremonial title. This is what happened to the DeCavalcante family (who the DiMeo family is based on) circa 2005. It’s just a handful of drug traffickers now and occasionally the FBI arrests their figurehead when they collect enough dirt.
>>
>>223156728
Both Vito and Michael retired in the godfather movies
>>
>>223152592
Sil moved to Norway
>>
>>223153316
You should be whacked for making a post like that.

Tony didn't die.

The story ended with a cut to black roll credits.

This is the kind of thing that Chase would do and then sit back and laugh at the fans saying Tony was killed.

>already dead on the inside
>the past decade or so has been one extended humiliation ritual
>death would be a kindness at this point
So, no, Artie lives to be 100 , and both his wife and daughter get impregnated by mulignans at some point
>>
>>223152592
Silvio was the only one with makings of a varsity athlete
>>
>>223157048
I choose to believe things pretty much carried on as normal after the cut to black.
>>
>>223157077
Artie reconciled with his wife and rediscovered his love of cooking. He got a happy ending
>>
>>223157094
He cracked under the pressure within a couple of weeks
>>
>>223152592
Meant to ask yesterday, how did the sopranos react to 9/11?
>>
>>223156669

Lilyhammer Sylvio's coma dream. It ends without any resolution because he just dies on the hospital bed one day.

Also, Tony doesn't die, but he also doesn't "live". It's the FBI walking through the door at the end. Not agent Harris, but that old man FBI who chewed out Essex County Sherriff in S06E01 for wasting judicial capital on that weapons charge for Tony. "We've been building a RICO case on him for five years".
>>
>>223157148
Chris takes that terrorism shit seriously and tony, dont even get him started
>>
>>223157148
Three no-work contracts for the cleanup, two no-show.
