The problem with this is it means the writer doesn't know what is polarizing. The original script would have been written for that reaction but since it didn't it means the writer doesn't truly understand the audience. Kojima will try to make it polarizing but since he couldn't do that when he tried he will just make some parts genuinely shitty making some people hate it causing polarization instead of making something actually controversial.
