For me? Pic related. Thanks for asking.

I think I've seen Tommy Boy ten times now.
>>
>>223170557
the sequels retroactively made this movie terrible

Greatest movie of all time, don't @ me
>>
Fight club and hackers voluntarily.
Jurassic park and home alone because they were on vhs.
Mad max fury road has been the one recent that I have enjoyed repeated viewings.
>>
>>223170605
Why? Can't you separate them in your mind?

>>223170612
I see you didn't post any.

>Why? Can't you separate them in your mind?
He is kind of right.
the sequel bringing the one character back to life was so fucking cliche it retroactively shat on the first movie.
then they doubled down with an unironic faggy prequel.

Unironically THE Lovecraft adaptation for me.
>>
>>223170772
I just cleared the second movie from my mind. It isn't as bad on repeat viewings. I genuinely thought the prequel movie was good and much better than GC.
>>
>>223170742
They're good movies, but not super rewatchable. I always felt like the book was more enjoyable and re-readable.
>>
>>223170742
Same here but they don't count, as literally every man re-watches these movies annually
>>
>>223170680
>Fight club
Me too, mostly cause I always rewatch it if I catch it on tv.
>>
>>223170557
I still have no idea if I like this and the second one
Like I get the black villain is supposed to be campy and a faggot but still a threat.
The chick with blade skates was a threat
But like Charlie fucking seemed like it was 100% serious, super duper for real I'm the bad guy and was a terrible actor
Same with a lot of the actors, actually. It was mostly shit but very entertaining shit

FUCK THEM LETTING ROXY AND MERLIN DIE
>>
>>223170824
the 2nd movie is not bad in its own right but it just shits on the first movie.
iirc they bring back the kingsman, bring back some random posh kid as a villian, destroy the kingsman organization and kill off the girl from the first movie, then kill off merlin so literally only the gay kid from the first movie is all there is left of the organization. then they introduce the buger version characters.
Its really cliche and as I said retroactively shits on the first movie.

the prequel was literally faggy shit. i turned it off because it went actual gay. Just skipped through the story beats to the end and turned it off.

Roxy a cute
>>
>>223170584
Same with black sheep
>>
>>223171044
Both of the movies (never saw the third) are cliches
And the second one is out of order for plot with your post but
merlin dies making a retarded sacrifice near the end but then the yeeyaw man turns up to try to kill egsy and Harry for on reason other than 'ummm I don't like junkies so gotta kill 'em all' which doesn't stop making new junkies

Overall if you turn your brain on, it's shit but if you don't it's fun slop and I've seen it around 6 times I think
>>
>>223171147
>it's fun slop
Its why I said its an OK (not bad) movie in its own right.
its still entertaining slop like the first one was but again, it retroactively shits on the first movie.

Ik the kingsman is actually a comic book and has some lore established and I dont thin k they were trying to milk it into a franchise but again, they fucked it all up with the 2nd movie where the viewer has no reason to give a shit about any of it.
>>
>>223170557
Terrible movie. Get some taste.
>>
>>223171245
I have, that's why I like it.
>>

Margin Call. I don't know why but I rewatch it every year or two.

I've seen Kingsman five times and can confirm your good taste. It has a few of my favorite set pieces in film in the last few decades (one of which is a mass fight scene in a building and the other a heady fireworks show).
>>223170810
Never bothered and figured it was one of those "came and went" films. What's special about it?
>>
>>223170978
The song by limp bizkit name dropping it and the mexican tv channel playing it got me into renting the movie.

>>223172068
Was a cable classic. Love the end theme but cant remember clearly like other end themes. Its just a mystery till I hit play.

yeah, bro, somehow, the secret organization full of smart people never thought about getting a copy of the film showing the American president fucking a whore

my favourite part was when colin firth said hail netanyahu, trans rights matter and then gruesomely massacred 100 people in a mosque
>>
>>223170557
Maybe Jurassic Park. I saw that like 5 times at the cinema in the 90s then on VHS after that. Also probably a bunch of other VHS movies I had in the 90s like Terminator 2, Ghostbusters 2, Beverly Hills Cop 2, Robocop 2. I had a lot of 2's for some reason. I remember watching Red Dwarf so many times too that the vhs tape barely worked anymore
