They talk about this in a behind the scenes thing for one of the seasons.It's predominantly men because female predators are more local and get involved with minors they have more direct proximity to, and it's predominantly caucasians because they usually had families or identities that would get really fucked up if they were caught, so they planned and schemed and shit like that to try and place time and distance between themselves and their victims.
