Watched some of the newest episodes he released this year. He's shockingly calmer compared to how aggresive he was in the older seasons and 24 Hours. There was one owner who was an alcoholic. During service or clean up, because the kitchen was so small, he burnt the elbow of a teeb that bumped into him and laughed. Genuinely was hoping for Gordon to tear that owner a new asshole on par to his rage during Black Jacket services. Instead he's more firm and states that if the guy doesn't go to AA, he won't fix the restaurant. And that he no longer should work in the kitchen if he truly wants to keep the place open.
