Kes was the worst Star Trek character ever created. Here's why...1. Simultaneously pure, yet a slut. She constanrly fawns over this guy or that, yet claims they're "just friends".2. Gaslights the shit out of Neelix. She supposedly naive, yet magically becomes SUPERDUPER insightful and wise when the writer want to Mary Sue the shit out of her. She can figure out shit seasoned veterans and vulcans are bizarrely clueless about, yet somehow can't see Tom's less than noble intentions? Bullshit. She knew and lied about it. Fucking whore.3. Marysue as fuck. She's even more of one than 7 of 9 who actually made more sense being OP, because she's a fucking borg.4. Stupid aging. Bitch literally ages like a bitch (dog). Fucking dumb.5. Grating personality. Feigns ignorance, yet acts like an insufferable know it all when it suits her to rub the audience's nose in shit.I hate Kes. I hate people who are like Kes. Yes, the character is badly written, however, Jennifer Lien has the absolute most sensual and velvety female voices I've ever heard. I could listen to her read a dictionary and be entranced. >Come at me

The casting I have issues with but it's the characters themselves that are just awful, dull, pale imitations of previous Trek characters. Now it wouldn't be any worse than ENT if it was just that, ENT also has dull characters, but the Voyager characters are also annoying and hateable and I just want to see the alien bad guys murder them in every episode. Also they did a much better job with fanservice on ENT, T'Pol and Hoshi were always taking their clothes off. Seven of Nine just has the catsuit and that's it. VOY is the worst classic Trek series.
