Self improvement is about acquiring new skills, developing your good traits, improving your lifestyle, and becoming a better human overall to yourself and to others.

Scarface was killed by his own coked up hubris, Jordan Belfort was a scam artist who the movie makes very clear is a complete loser outside of his ill gotten wealth. Lou Bloom is the most successful one, but he is a walking linkedin post and does not have a life outside of Video Production News, a professional news gathering agency.

The founder is the only one that might belong in a self improvement list, but I have not watched it desu.
