this shit is hilarious. i only watched episode 1 but:>cop (pic) has showdown with his nemesis who he hits over the head giving him brain damage before other cops stop him>meets his nemesis in his hospital bed to kill him in the hospital - finds out he's retarded now with a simple good heart>realizes he can't kill him in this state so he personally participates in his physical and mental rehabilitation teaching him ABCs/etc at gunpoint>basically adopts him as his son and cares for him and tells him bedtime stories about "the rabbit that wants to kill the evil turtle but knows his shell is too soft so it'd be wrong to kill him so he did everything he could to make the turtle well so he could blow his brains out and kill him" and the retard was like "yay!">chief asks "you're not becoming attached to him are you?">villain reveals he has just been pretending to be retarded to waste the cop's time and effort>cop shoots him 10+ times>on the ground dying he reveals he was actually retarded pretending not to be retarded because he wanted the cop to be happy by letting him get his revenge, then he dies
