Jodorowsky is interesting until you realize nearly all his stuff is him retelling old sufi and zen parables
Jodorowsky has an immense imagination, but he has the same limitations as Kenneth anger since they are dedicated to the occult in a way that prevents them from exploring the unconscious properly. Lynch is one of the few filmmakers to do this because the only thing he cares about is meditation and his childhood memories.
