Alan Ritchson has reportedly been approached to play Deathstroke in DC Studios’ Bane & Deathstroke movie, but declined because the movie has no script yet. He had been lobbying to play Batman beforehand, but seems to have closed the door on appearing on either the DCU or the MCU.
