Atlanta is incredibly overrated and doesn't even deserve to be on the list.
Far too much recency bias too.
Stuff like Key and Peele shouldn't be on this list anyways, you need to separate scripted shows from variety / sketch shows it's like putting SNL on this list.

Then you have weird stuff like True Detective only being season 1, which obviously only the first season of that should be in the top 100, but then you look down a bit more and see House of Cards, another show that notoriously goes to complete and utter trash in the third season, why not say seasons 1-2 for that show since the other 3 are trash?

Broad City on this list are they fucking serious? It's a mediocre 2010s comedy central show that no one remembers.
