So is pop-culture just done? Films were a major cultural force from like 1910-2014 and then after that just stopped to exist? Everything is some slop remake that looks worse than some film 50 years previous. These new streaming films are almost background noise for society and the vast majority of people never watch or discuss them. The whole thing seems almost like a huge scam. "Look at our huge catalogue" but then most of it is just slop they churn out without a care in the world towards quality. No one cares. It's really quite remarkable.
