It's a girl show. Every male character is either evil or cucked or an idiot. Add in the unnecessary non-linear narrative shit they started in season 2 and it gets relegated to something to passingly pay attention to while browsing the internet.

Yes, watch it. First episode leaves a sour taste, but then it does a 180 and introduces a new main cast (Very odd choice).
Besides having a diverse cast (which has an in universe explanation) there's not much really woke about it. There are a lot of filler episodes unfortunately. It's still worth watching though for the last few episodes alone.
