You didn't care for it much.It didn't "feel like playing a video game" like other idiots told you and it didn't have much to do with Resident Evil outside of some visual and name references. You thought some of the effects were good, others ridiculous. You disliked the comedy; not because it was unfitting to the franchise the film supposedly belongs to, but because most of it felt jarring or didn't land. You liked Austin Abram's performance.You do not understand the hype and praise. You look forward to Cregger's next movie, as you liked his others, but this one was a bit of a dud for you.
