Twister is kind of a bad campy movie objectively speaking, but when I was younger I think I watched it no less than 30 times. The casting was basically perfect and like >>223446126 says all the side characters don't take away from the movie, they add to it. If you suspend disbelief, ignore the idea of storms sounding like roaring jungle cats, a belt letting you survive something that would wipe a house clean off its foundation, etc. it's actually a comfy watch.
