There is nothing that quite captures the certain aesthetic of the first underworld movie. 99% of people watching probably don't even realize where it was shot, why that lends to the aesthetic. Take out the theme, which again, contributes a lot to the aesthetic and then you might get closer to some recommendations.I'm not giving you an answer because i truly haven't ever watched anything that was similar enough for me. But i actually watch movies.
