I don't care about the Star Wars and never watched the originals.

You can tell the directoe had a crush on her and wanted to cast her, which she accepted because she is nerdy and loves the Star Wars

It's pretty much the best SW Disney has ever done. I want that sequel, but it isn't happening.

The setup is if you watch Maul Shadow Lord (93% on RT, very good animation), it all makes sense. Maul is running half the crime syndicates in the galaxy.
