Since it's the writer of the book doing S2 with his gf this time, my only conclusion is that she fucked up the scripts with her meddling and he was too cucked to argue otherwise.Still, it's the best scifi currently on air.

Why though? You have entire worlds that have had the population wiped out, choose one that won't kill you immediately and go raid some gold reserve. Move in to some utopia after or a variety of worlds, one for each month, offering different flavors, so you don't get bored.

They're going too light with the plot this season. Stuff like the Vance transdimensional clearing house, or what's his name and the DARPA investigation, should be more prominent. Episode 5 was excellent as a quiet thoughtful interlude, but you can't really get away with doing a quiet thoughtful interlude in the middle of everything else being pretty quiet as well.

The latest episode filler and people are 50/50 on it, personally i thought it was a good one but that might be because i am also depressed and somewhat related to this jason. it's possible the writers gf did fuck it up, i wasn't even aware about the gf and what he was doing with it. it's pretty bad in comparison to s1 which was top tier. also nice to see you're still around eko!
