After Qui-Gon’s defeat Obi Wan decides to drain his remaining Force Points in a saber barrage but Maul, being a better duelist, was wise enough to get on the defense and find an opening to Force Push™ Kenobi, knowing that he’d have no energy or points to use on defensive techniques like Force Protect™ or Force Absorb™. Despite Maul being the clear victor, George Lucas had to award plot armor Force Points to Obi Wan so he could make one last Force Jump™ and finish the fight. Read a book you faggots.
