i forgot how poorly these books were written. it's not just fa/tg/uys sperging out over getting vampires wrong, these books are truly awful.the first movie is a dark blue quasi-mumblecore flick. they were getting blood from a stone. it looks nice and works as a standalone film.the sequels are ridiculous with their Lore and it never feels like a a real, crafted world.
