It's funny how women seem to view the average woman maintaining a healthy weight as requiring a Herculean effort to the point of being borderline impossible, but also think that a guy looking like Chris Evans there boils down to some light cardio and a day or two a week of light lifting in the gym (no steroids).

They say they "don't like muscles," but they're thinking of a roided out hulk. A guy has to bust ass in the gym for quite a while to develop a physique that makes women look, but to them that's basically the baseline, so it's just a "minimal muscles physique of a guy who doesn't really lift."
