The overwhelming number of cases involves family members and acquaintances, but instead of getting people to look out for red flags that a child might be getting abused at home or in school, it instead made a big fuss about the "stranger danger".5: Fundamentally, you can learn a lot about a society by judging how it treats its criminals and suspected criminals. Just because a person has engaged in reprehensible behavior does not mean that dragging their ass into the limelight for monetary gain is acceptable.
