It's kind of strange how this line of activist show-running and script-writing is trying it's best to make the audience lump together a lot of neutral or positive traits in with negative or villainous traits, and they end up making the character nuanced and relateable. They talk as if the entire world of the show is already there, fully formed, and the “Jewish producers” or “activist writers” are just pointing a camera at it while desperately trying to manipulate what happens. This is partly true. Part of the idea is to make a character that really will get the 'chuds' to like them, and will also trigger the media literate to dislike them, so as to create online discussions that drive engagement. Having the creators come out and make statements about what kind of person you if you like or dislike whatever characters is also part of the performance.

I really would love to believe that this is actually a deliberate part of the art that they're creating, rather than just a side-effect that happens to be making entertainment/art in spite of itself.
