Apparently my whole life (30 years) I didn't wash / take a shower properly. I just sort of get wet in the water, use some shampoo (the way I use it also pretty random), then use some some random ass soap or gel and then wash it away after a few mins. I don't even know what washcloth or exfoliate means.
