Why do "ironically bad" movies suck so hard?
I can get enjoyment from movies which try to be good but suck but every movie that's meant to be bad just bores me
>>
I don't understand what you're asking. You want someone else to tell you why you don't like something?
>>
i know what you mean

>Why do "ironically bad" movies suck so hard?
That's why. Why make intentionally bad movie? There's nothing funny about it.
>>
Bad movies are funny because they are trying to be good. If a movie is intentionally bad it ruins the joke. Space Cop is a good example of this.

Birdemic 1 was cringekino for this reason and then the director made the sequels bad on purpose and ruined it all

>Space Cop
LMAO
Believe it or not RLM actually made that sincerely. It turned out so terrible people thought they made it bad on purpose. No it's actually just that bad and Mike Stoklasa should have stuck to filming weddings

Because they're emulating soul

>Made it sincerely
How stupid are you that you can't understand the difference from making a movie bad and making a bad movie
>>
>>223571933
Are you illiterate? You're clearly retarded but I didn't think you were illiterate as well. They didn't make a purposefully bad movie, they made a movie that was so bad people thought they made a purposefully bad movie. Understand now, retard?
>>
People want to laugh at the movies, not with them

Because sincerity adds soul.

Manborg is the only exception to this I've found. Very funny movie. Budget of like 1,000 bucks and then the director spent 2 years in post adding all the VFX himself.

Manborg is great. I think people will appreciate it more as AI slop replaces handmade CGI completely
