The simple answer is that these sketches are "making fun of the bad people", but really it's more so about the absurdity of the situation than some sort of moral lesson ("Instant Karma Bigot" is more along those lines). The rape song is funny because of it's absurdity, and also because plenty of love songs do have kind of creepy / rapey lyrics, which the sketch satirizes by just being super direct with it.
