It was shit though. Without most of the tattoo animations and all the stuff that made the original visually interesting, you really have to focus on the plot, and the plot is completely ass-backwards and doesn't teach you shit about the Polynesian culture and history (even though it should because they present a weird not fully realized and sometimes reverse version of everything that happened).
