When will the Magical Negro trope stop?

What race is this?

Why did they cast such a zesty actor and why did they do his makeup to accentuate this?
Is this part of the black feminization psyop?

I don't know why they had/allowed the actor to say "ax". Show John Stewart is not the kind of black guy who would say "ax" instead of "ask". John is too uptight, too suburban, and his parents are the type who would consider it low class and ghetto, which it is. They would correct him as soon started saying it.
