Its an interesting place to live for a couple of years in your 20s. It was Barcelona and Lisbon more in my day and of course Moscow and Berlin for fun.I was asking around where the world cities young people flock to today are but apparently there is no such thing. They prefer to stay at home with their parents, don't like talking to people they don't already know and look at their phones all day and all night. Go to a strange city in another country?
