The LOTR trilogy are terribly overrated movies. It is pretty much just a capeshit spectacle. All the movies have awful dialogue and everything is so damn cheesy. I really do not understand how people can stomach this Hollywood trash. The acting is over the top, the CGI hasn't aged well and the tone is very corny. The production values are decent, but that doesn't make a movie good.These movies are NOT good movies, let alone masterpieces. It is just pure entertainment sloppa for the masses to eat up.
