/tv/'s thoughts on this Langdon casting?

Tbh I never thought Hanks worked as Langdon. He's a good actor obviously and played a good lead, it just never felt like Robert Langdon. This dude looks a shade or two too brown, but maybe he'll be a better fit, idk. With Netflix at the wheel, I highly doubt it.

McGregor as the carmalengo was the best casting in any of the movies imo, tho Tatou as Sophie was great as well.

Agreed on McGregor. That was the best movie too if you ask me.

Langdon is white, so Netflix is clearly up to their old tricks. They'll probably make him gay or non binary too. Everything they have creative control over is super gay because it's blue haired millennial women in control. The book was very good tho, and I say that as a non Brown fan.

The book was so good, but

No thanks. I won't even watch an ep.
