No
>>
It's one of a kind

The premise seems pretty cool. Imagine all it could be and then know that it's not that. I barely remember anything from the actual movie.

Just watch the extended trailer.

It's not good and probably should've been a miniseries, but I still applaud it for being made before woke took over. You have white actors in yellowface and vice versa, asian actors in whiteface but no one in production said a thing because they wanted to tell this story about souls moving throughout time. The fact that they told the story rather poorly is secondary.

Sounds like you already made up your mind. The story, if you could call it that, is completely forgettable. Its just random people living various lives throughout time. Moving in and out of each others influence as they go. It has some interesting visuals here and there, but besides that it really doesn't say anything interesting

Forgotten masterpiece of the 10s, arguably a top-20 flick of the decade, so yeah
>>
Read the book
Then watch the film

Whatever you do, don't look up who made that movie.

It was actually kino though good luck getting the plebs to acknowledge it.

Absolute kino. Worth the IMAX ticket.
>>
>>223597263
Nope. Trash. Couldn't bear it on a rewatch

imagine being the one producer who thought cloud atlas showed a lot of promise despite poor public reception. you moved heaven and earth to give the matrix twins a second chance, and they put jupiter ascending in your hands

Pretentious piece of shit.
