I actually liked the randomness of it. One of the few memories I have of that movie was obese truck driver just randomly running away never to be seen again, lol.

He was an actual truck driver. The director saw him at a truck stop and liked the cut of his jib, so he asked him to be in the movie.

I wasn't a fan of when Leatherface got Jasonfied after Hooper left. My favourite part of the second one is when Leatherface fucks up the surprise attack and saws Chop Top instead of the girl
