AI is going to unleash the ability for anybody and everybody to make new films outside of the confines of the globohomo studio system. It's going to usher in an age of cheap slop, but absolutely classic movies like the 70s. Anybody denying this at this point is just delusional. Already getting great stuff out of AI with more soul than modern cinema.
It is inevitable. Already there's a few great AI short films and the first wave of full length AI movies are promising.
