A cashgrab sequel trying to make up for a lack of creativity by pandering more overtly to Christians than the first film.
I saw this as a kid and was pretty surprised to find out it's a sequel to a Jim Carrey movie where he gets God's powers and uses them to do things like expand his wife's boobs.
