was basically everything in Last Jedi. People keep trying to say "oh but it had potential, it had new ideas" but none of them go anywhere, he's just as much of a hack as JJ was.
By the time the movie's finished, every potential new plot point that came up in it is either unceremoniously tossed out (lol subverted expectations!) or forgotten.
