Regardless of who is telling the joke and the joke is ironic i think anyone can be funny, but women often have less ground on comedy since their culture and reputation matter much more than men's in society, because they can't get jobs or anything already so opportunities get even lower. Plus, I think women often already aren't taken seriously sometimes so women saying something that creates comedic tension almost has no effect. It just sometimes feels like laughing at minorites.But I have no clue because I am a dumb fuck.
