Based on the snippets we've seen so far I can glean some pretty obvious story points:>mom left for a greater good, so abandoning her family was okay.>she's the villain but did it for good reasons, so we have to sympathize with her.>black dude with dreads is a part of/leads some kind of multi species resistance against mom villain.>the white kid with glasses gets swept up in some kind of generic authoritarian (fascist) group but regrets it and ends up coming back to the main girl's side.>big battle that ends abruptly because of the main girl's influence/power/love/whateverShabibbty babbity ba-do-whop boring
