Besides all the woke garbage, the fortune teller just completely spelling out it's episode's twist was a bizzare choice. It's fairly obvious for anyone paying attention, so to reveal it early instead of the more dramatic time was really dumb. Also mentioning shit that won't happen for aeons just seems fanservicey as fuck in a really bad way.Someone could probably reedit it into a 5 episode show that flows much better with just the show-only scenes cut out. On a more positive note I quite liked the mostly silent scene between Maekar and Egg, but that too is undermined by the ending scene (as is the really nice shot of Ser Alran riding off)

So not like whores / sellswords at all.I think the show went a bit too hard into making Ser Arlan into a glorified hobo. The way Baelor spoke of him doesn't mesh well with the permadrunk we see. I guess the redgrass and the death of his nephew could be the reason he's changed since Baelor's meeting with him. But that doesn't explain Dunk's sincere view of him as a true knight.
