Is it good?Should I watch it
>>223754909It's interesting from beginning to end. It's a bit uncomfortable, though.Poor kitties.
yes if you bear in mind it is a jewish psyop projecting their own deranged mentality on middle america
All of Korine's movies are worth watching but none of them are good
It’s absolutely amazing. Harmony korine is the best.
my best friend in middle school loved this director, i couldn't get into any of his movies - this one, trashhumpers and kids especially. not quite sure what the appeal of him is for people
>>223755134The animal abuse and cruelty committed by main characters makes this movie an automatic never watch for me. Also, it looks hideous.
worth watch. but nothing good.
Nah watch Bumfights Vol 1 again instead
>>223755186Kind of sad that as I became an adult like yea obviously this is the truth I think when your younger you get swept away by certain styles certain films as you get older you begin to understand that others have different points of views and they don’t have to be your point of view and it becomes weird when you notice hmmmm why do Jewish “artists” always depict something fucked up or subversive something that promotes something truly godless etcAnd I think it’s because they are a self mutilating cult that hates god or others version of god because they hate that they were snipped, but they do it to themselves, so I think wow what a strange bunch
>>223755195Spring Breakers is unironically one of the best dark comedies of all time.
>>223755320I saw your bro Jesus the other day, he was getting ass raped and loving it. Huge BWCs just tearing him open. What a huge fucking faggot your god is.
>>223755377the man raping him? turns out albert einstein..
>>223755377
>>223755224>in middle school your friend was such a hipster that he cared about behind that shit stuff in moviesngmi probably didn't
>>223755529yeah he's a great musician, i moved and a bunch of women accused him of sexual assault and shit so he's probably banging some dumb chick in another city now
>>223755320having to follow a bunch of stringent and neurotic religious strictures all your life tends to make people deranged
>>223755819Most Western Jews never had to follow that bullshit thoughbeit. Someone like Korine definitely didn't.
>>223755241What about a guy pimping out his 16 year old sister with down syndrome?
>>223754909It's terrible and Harmony Korine is a hack.>>223755186It is exactly how middle America actually is. That's what it's shitty.
>>223755224Same reason people like the Terrifier movies. It shocks them, and they are dead inside so at least they are 'feeling something.'
>>223756017>It is exactly how middle America actually isNo.t. Middle American
>>223755377>he said BWC instead of BBCnot sure the import of this. Perhaps 'bbc' would stick out too much and get him discounted to quickly. It's interesting to see the memetic and linguistic environment evolve. The viruses constantly seeking new pathways to entry and the body making new antibodies, as it were>>223755819You realize the 'jews' making movies are not practicing in basically any way right. They have almost nothing in common with the religious/ tunnel types. They only even identify as 'jewish' is some very vague abstract way
>>223755335>>223755335I remember seeing that shitass movie with my mom in the theater, going in blind. It was uncomfortable, all I concretely remember about it is that nigger going "spring break, spring break forever". Was it supposed to be a comedy? It is an honest question, I don't wanna watch it again. And I've watched gummo, kids and trash humpers. I get it, art is art and whatever, yadda yadda yadda. They just disturbed me and honestly I wish I never saw them, if I could take it back i would not do it again, I would prevent others from seeing them and come to think of it I wouldn't even want to admit to having seen them. That is just my opinion, though, good for you if you like them, stay away from kids though.
>>223754909It's a masterpiece, every frame is a snapshot of a different universe
>>223756146What do you like about it?
Literally me on the left
>>223758337Why aren't there more fight scenes like this where they are actually landing punches and drawing blood?
>>223756057Yes.t. rural Pennsylvania
>>223754909>freak mutant kid>LE SCENE is freak mutant kid naked in a disgusting tub with LE RANDOM shit everywhere Death to anyone who likes this film and those who made it
>>223758661Pennsylvania is middle America now? Why, because it doesn't touch the east coast? Bullshit...
>>223758721There are coastal towns that are objectively "middle America." It is about culture not geography.
>>223755241Holy reddit
>>223758721>Middle America is a colloquial term for the United States heartland, especially the culturally suburban areas of the United States, typically the lower Midwestern region of the country, which consists of Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and downstate Illinois.
>>223758782No they aren't >>223758812Exactly...
>>223758782>it's an idea, not a placeIt's literally a geographical location on a map, you retard. Just like the east and west coast. They are on the COAST
>>223756127>They just disturbed me and honestly I wish I never saw themSame for me, also get the same feeling from Aronofsky films. Poison.
>>223758882>being this denseThe definition literally describes it as "culture."Anyways you would not know the difference between some coastal town in Oregon, a town in northern Alabama, and one in Ohio based on how they feel. Because they all have a similar 'middle American culture.' Unless you think Austin TX and Chicago are more "middle American" than Bakersfield or Spokane. Don't be obtuse.
>>223759023>you would not know the difference between some coastal town in Oregon, a town in northern Alabama, and one in Ohio based on how they feelYes you would. They have different accents, different politics, different weather, different people, different food, different terrain, different local traditions etc... All of those things effect culture. Middle America is a place with vast plains and a lot of farmland. You are the only person that has ever claimed "coastal Oregon feels like middle america". That's fucking retarded. What you are describing is the same thing as saying "America is an idea, not a country" if you were to scale it up globally.
>>223759246I am not the only person. It's literally right there in the definition. So to you, Minneapolis is 'middle America' but some small town in Idaho is not. That makes no sense.
>>223759585You seem to be held up on urban vs suburban areas. A rural area in Oregon is nothing like a rural area in Iowa. I've actually lived in rural Oregon (Klamath Falls) and I've been to many rural areas in the Midwest. They are nothing alike. Totally different vibes. You can say the same for the urban areas. Portland is nothing like Kansas City. "Middle America" and "rural" are not interchangeable terms.
>>223760225When did you live there? I believe that maybe in the past there were all these regional differences but I seriously doubt it todayAnd it's not so much 'rural' vs 'urban.' Obviously Tulsa is 'middle america.' Red vs blue would be a closer metric
>>223760796>When did you live there?Early 00's>I believe that maybe in the past there were all these regional differencesWhy? What factor(s) changed the differences? Demographics? Possibly, but there are still differences. I'll give you a micro-example: I now live in Colorado, there are a bunch of Californians that have been moving here for the past 40 years. So many have moved here that they have completely transformed the political climate. However, when Californians move here, they often gravitate towards Mountain Ski towns like Breckenridge or Aspen for example. They transform into skiers/snowboarders and adopt a completely different culture as opposed to Californians who still live in California and engage in "beach culture" like surfing. This is just a small example but I'm just trying to point out how the geographical location can influence cculture. A Californian who lives permanently in Aspen is completely different than a Californian who lives in Santa Barbara.
>>223761096>Why? What factor(s) changed the differences?mostly internet. also migration and demographics. everyone is so mobile now each place doesn't have much of an identity>A Californian who lives permanently in Aspen is completely different than a Californian who lives in Santa Barbara. They're not that different. They're the same basic person. The differences are pretty superficial
>>223761186>They're the same basic personMy point is that the location changes their actions. The location causes people to build a culture around it.
>>223754909I always thought this was a horror movie based off the poster
>>223761267it is horrific in a certain way
>>223754909No the entire thing is vomit.if you are a healthy human being who does not enjoy misery porn you will not like this movie. If you are ethnically conscious individual you will immediately despise the director plus you will view the people who love this movie as cattle.
>>223758786>Hay guys only far left commie faggots are disgusted by animal abuse! I'm so cool and bad assssssssssssssssssssssss
>>223761738I'm well aware of the kikery involved but I think this movie is disgusting, in a entertaining kind of way. It's something you watch when you have given up on society and want to experience delirium in the form of film.
>>223761851It's a movie, faggot. Didn't your mom teach you that movies aren't real? The animal abuse is fake, if it was real, the entire crew would be in prison right now.
>>223754909This is the textbook definition of a "liminal" film
>>223754909Peak nihilism the movie.
>>223762379Why are christcucks so scared of nihilism? Is it because faith can't exist?
I never saw this as anything more than a quirky slice-of-life movie... a really, really quirky one
its worth watching but its also a good display of kike subversion at its finest. it both mocks and tries to normalize lifestyles of low class whites.
>>223762420Why did you assume I'm scared of nihilism or that I'm christian? I'm neither. I think this film does a good job showcasing the ravages of neoliberalism. The film bullshits it by framing it as the place recovering from a tornado. But what it really reflects is offshoring and the formation of the rust belt.
