Friendly reminder that Spurlock claiming he was eating 5000 calories a day is provably impossible if he was following his own rules
>>
>>223755222
I ate 2 m doubles today and I'm having trouble standing unrelated: I also drank an entire bottle of jameson
>>
>>223758283
I've seen commercials where they round up. Not McDonald's, but it doesn't matter, the point is that truth is the new racism.
>>
>>223758896
Truth is. Who can eat that much. Most people could eat the breakfast at 8 o'clock, then at noon have trouble choking the whole meal down. And at 5, they'd probably be disgusted with the concept of food in general and not even finish the sandwich.
>>
>>223758963
McDonald's is quite possibly the worst food choice one can make, on that we may agree.
>>
>You have the liver of a severe alcoholic
>Hahah that's so weird
>>
>>223758980
The only thing we can agree on, is your reading skillz being suboptimal.
>>
>>223758963
Anon it’s not like he’s claiming to have eaten 5000 calories of salad. Fats and sugars are extremely calorically dense while being unfilling. Him being a vegan before means he was shoveling away high volumes of low calorie food, which means expanded stomach.

>Most people could eat the breakfast at 8 o'clock, then at noon have trouble choking the whole meal down. And at 5, they'd probably be disgusted with the concept of food in general and not even finish the sandwich.
That's a fairly small amount of McDonalds for an average- sized person, I'd say? The main reason fast-food cooks so fast and "lasts" so short is that there isn't much density to it. I wouldn't WANT to eat a double helping of supersize meals in that timeframe, but I could easily.
>>
>>223755222
It took a relative of mine nearly fifty years to die from his fas food diet. I've been hitting the bottle daily since he died and I'm still in better shape than burger man. This motherfucker was doing some other shit than just fastfood and alcohol, probably crack or some shit.
>>
>>223759582
He was a vegan for more than a decade
Being protein deficient for that long will cause worse problems than being fat for that long

This man ensured the entire world paid more for smaller portions

It does not mean that lmao, vegans eat tons of garbage too.

>"So, I heard there is some fat alcoholic talking shit about my eating habits".

… you’re proving the point

Because he was a vodka bottle a night alcoholic
>>

Yeah

>Be alcoholic
>Eat shitloads of mcdonalands, eating as much steak and potatos would bloatmaxx you as well
>WTF my liver is shit? I only drank an entire vodka bottle a day!
>How could Mcdonalds do this to me!???
Kike vegan retard basically tried sinking a fast food company out of some petty revenge.
>>
>>223760375
Except he had no liver issues before the documentary, as confirmed by a physician.
>>
>>223760469
I can't imagine drinking a bottle of vodka a night. There was no way he wasnt day drinking either.
>>
>>223760357
why has blud had a bowl cut for decades

He was a known alcoholic for YEARS before the documentary you retard.
>>
>close-set eyes

That's a woman.
>>
>>223760504
The longest I've done a bottle a day (meaning the whole 24 hours) was 4 days in a row and the hangover was absolute hell. Maybe even withdrawals, I couldn't sleep and had a fever. I guess alcoholics only get that way after years of abuse and you can't simply go from an occasional six pack to downing whole bottles. Either way, it turned me off alcohol and drugs in general.
>>
>>223755236
Do they? Who believes it? Besides retarded faggots like op who, as is well known and established, is always a faggot?

Many people don't realize that psy ops aren't about convincing you that a thing is true, they're about convincing you that other people believe a thing is true.

>>
>>223760485
He didn't make a food log.
He didn't disclose his alcoholism (which he later admitted he had)
He either didn't follow his own rules, or he was lying about how much he was eating: see >>223758283
Nobody has ever been able to replicate his results, even when controlling for the removal of super-sizing and the menu changes

Also, despite the removal of supersizing and the introduction of "healthy options" to McDonalds and multiple other fast food places, obesity in the USA is still higher now than it was in 2004, so obviously fast food wasn't the problem by itself
>>
>>223760708
What are we talking about here? A 1/5 of 40 percent alcohol? I can drink that in a long night and be proper sloshed, but I ain't doing it the next night. I'll be hungover a bit till noon and looking forward to going to bed before an 80 year old does.
>>
>>223759698
Genuinely probably the worst thing he did to himself

>>223759877
Well, of course it was only because he was propped up by others who wanted to attack fast food inc, for whatever reason. But they always find a figurehead, like Greta for climate shit.

Exactly, nobody is actually calling Trump a fascist
>Takes a stroll outside and sees some blue haired weirdos
>REEE TRUMP IS LE FASCIST!
Oh

The whole argument that "hur i'm going to say yes every time they ask if i want to supersize it" is just fucking retarded and makes me have no respect for the fool or anyone fool who follows the fool. All you're saying is you're mentally and emotionally weak with no principles or self-control, that's not the restaurant's fault.
>>
>>223761148
There was a psyop back then about how le advertizing le controls people's le minds or whatever
That, being anti military, anti 'corporation', and anti fast food, were the big leftist causes back in the early 2000s
I think the reason being those were institutions the left had not totally captured and subsumed yet. So we can see by now that they effectively have, and so have eased off the attack or forgotten it entirely
>>
>>223760826
Yeah, I may have worded it oddly. I meant 750ml of 80 proof a day, 4 days in a row. Just one bottle in one day would require 2-3 days of recovery so I had no idea what made me go on a 4 day binge. I was sick for a week afterwards.
>>
>>223761292
No, not worded weird. I just know bottles as half pints, pints, and fifths. Some, hell, probably most of people see 10 shots in a pint as being shit faced. I probably would too if I could force myself to drink it straight and in less than two hours, but I'd need a gun to my head. Drinking a 1/5 with some orange juice or coke, depending on what it is, in 4 hours is just a bit more intoxicating than someone drinking a bottle of wine. Something I'll only do twice a week, or I'll want to murder 90 percent of humans.
>>
>>223761148
I have met people who will buy fries or a full meal when all they wanted was the main item because they didn't want to be "rude" to the cashier when they asked
Apparently these people were never told about the phrase "no, thank you"

Do movies influence people, their thoughts and behavior?

The experiment was proven a complete farce when he admitted that he was drinking like an old russian man all throughout it, which explains why the biggest problem by the end was his liver, he didn't actually gain a substantial amount of weight and all other issues like his erectile dysfunction were self-reported.
The whole thing was just a companion piece to the retarded vanity lawsuits from the fat mexican girl who claimed McDonald's made her fat without her knowledge.
